Rayner Urdaneta

A second-generation direct-sales entrepreneur, Rayner Urdaneta followed his parents’ example of combining strong family values with the fervent belief that anyone can achieve their dreams through hard work and determination.

And when asked if he could hold any job without money as an issue, Rayner answers without hesitation, “The one I do today.”

Fourteen years ago, Rayner co-founded L’EUDINE Global, a premium beauty and wellness direct-selling enterprise that evolved to become a multimillion-dollar, multinational industry leader.

In addition to his work with MONAT and L’EUDINE, Rayner serves as president of B&R Products Inc., the research, development and manufacturing arm of ALCORA Corp., Rayner holds a bachelor’s degree in International Business from Florida International University, where he was a Dean’s List scholar and graduated cum laude.

He, his wife and three children live in Miami.

Stuart A. MacMillan

President

A natural leader and motivator, Stuart A. MacMillan brings nearly 30 years of management experience to MONAT, with a heavy emphasis on direct selling.

His role at MONAT includes team building, strategic marketing and business development initiatives, all with the goal of enabling participants to be financially independent and debt-free.

His professional accomplishments include increasing one company’s revenues from $95 million to $250 million in just three years. Even so, he considers his greatest triumph “being a pretty cool dad.”

According to Stuart, “I truly believe that MONAT is the right company, surging in the right place, at the right time. We have a revolutionary product line with an extremely lucrative pay plan, with some of the most exceptional talent ever assembled.”

Managing Director
UK and Europe


With over 30 years of International experience within the Beauty industry, Ros brings her strong entrepreneurship career of start-ups and brand building to MONAT.

Being well aware how the industries emphasis has been on developing anti-ageing skincare and make up, with haircare overlooked, she’s delighted that MONAT has identified the gap in the market that also has a modern approach to its natural and high-tech ingredients.

Her passion for success for both the field and her team, combined with her confident and innovative approach, will ensure MONAT UK and Europe continues the success achieved in USA and Canada in such a short time and becomes a household name.

Ros loves to learn new skills. Whether that’s horse riding, playing the piano or even just completing an Open University degree – this lady will never cease to amaze you!

Natalie Ingham

Sales Director

With over 20 years of international premium beauty retail experience, with both top high street retailers and direct sellers, Natalie is really excited to bring the passion and culture of MONAT to the UK.

Natalie’s drive and ambition in building and developing confident sales teams and establishing long-lasting customer relationships through exceptional customer service rewards her with the knowledge that’s she’s playing a part in making their journey successful. And with the culture of MONAT keeping the family and community at the heart of everything, she knows the opportunity is there to make a difference in so many people’s lives.

When Natalie isn’t supporting others she likes to make a little time for herself; whether that be a long walk in the countryside, a glass of wine or challenge herself to a triathlon. Her moto on life is ‘Less is more…except when it comes to food and beauty products!’.

Karen Bell

Marketing Director

After working 15 years in the event management plus another 10 years in sales & marketing within direct sales, Karen brings to MONAT a wealth of experience to tackle any marketing campaign.

Karen key strengths reside in being able to identify project needs, find creative solutions, create smooth operational execution and implementation… and always with a smile.

Her passion comes from knowing that she is supporting people build strong and sustainable businesses, plus she loves the personal development journey that each and every Market Partner goes on when they join MONAT. ‘The culture and passion the company drives through to both the Market Partners and our team, it makes every day special’.

Claire Green

Operations Director

With over 25 years in the beauty industry and 22 of them being within direct sales, Claire's supply chain background plus her passion for operational excellence propels her to the top of her game.

Using her positive attitude along with a healthy dose of reality, she brings everything to life and measures her success against Monat’s success. Her ‘always’ work goal is to work alongside happy people who she enjoys spending time with and they in turn with her.

Kevin Darley

Finance Director

Known as the ‘juggler’, Kevin thrives on being challenged and has a wide range of experience in global business operations as well as finance. He enjoys knitting the parts of the business together to help drive substantial performance improvements.

Kevin is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), and with his proven track record of delivering within start-ups and entrepreneurial companies, his goal is to help build a world class business for Monat Global.

While he’s not tied to his laptop, Kevin likes to spend time with his family creating interesting ice creams at home for everyone to enjoy!

Sonny Baker

Regional Sales Manager (South)

Sonny started his career in retail management before moving into Direct Sales and the beauty industry in the past 4 years.

His passion for customer service and desire to develop and grow highly engaged sales teams allows him to support Market Partner throughout their journey and hit their personal targets and earnings potential. Sonny’s recent accomplishment within his previous company was exceeding the companies forecast in sales and supporting his team to achieve a 2nd place within the World Sales Leader title.

His work goal within MONAT is to duplicate past success using the MONAT values and business opportunity which has already changed so many lives whilst delivering support and training to those already within our organisation.

When not developing and supporting others he like to have a little down time to recharge; whether it be a weekend retreat, a full bodied Malbec or simply spending it at home with loved ones.

Chloë Langer

Social Media & Recognition Manager

With a true passion for health & beauty, Chloë’s creative and skilful talents she’s acquired since working in the beauty industry sets her apart from anyone else. She has an exceptional eye for social media developed through her skills in marketing, advertising and brand management.

And Chloë’s hunger for social media marketing doesn’t stop there – she’s also a successful fitness & travel blogger/influencer in her spare time which allows her to travel to some amazing places – most recently, Costa Rica!

As a fitness junkie, her most creative ideas come from her workouts. She lives for her endorphins. She’s now keen to see where else in the world Monat will be launching, especially if it’s her native country, France.

Sharon has 13 years experience of building strong successful direct sales teams plus, over 10 years of IT Project Management before joining the MONAT Corporate Team. Highly motivated and with a passion to add value in what she does, she now wants to focus on her personal ‘Why’ of developing strong leaders in the field. Just before joining the MONAT family, Sharon completed her MSc in Business Psychology and delivered a TED talk on Women in Leadership.

Based in Edinburgh with her husband and 4 sons, when she is not touring the highways and byways of Scotland, North England and Northern Ireland, Sharon loves being in nature, hill walking, and coastal rowing. She sees a huge overlap between the MONAT values and her own personal values, especially Family and Gratitude.
