Four Skincare Tips for Glowing Skin!
Fall is in full effect…and we’re ready to adjust our skincare regimen to adapt to the cooler weather. We checked in with Dr. Amy Ross, MONAT Scientific Board Member, and came away with four tips for glowing skin!

Exfoliate, Exfoliate, Exfoliate!
Start your week with a full-body exfoliating session. Dr. Ross explains that gently exfoliating the skin once per week helps remove dead skin cells and leaves your skin smooth and renewed. Oil-based scrubs are wonderful because they both exfoliate and hydrate.
MONAT Berry Refined Scrub™ is an easy-to-use option for anyone who wants to buff away dull skin and reveal their natural glow!

Use-Creams-

Use Creams & Oils
As the air becomes drier, your skin needs a thicker moisturizer, Dr. Ross says. Creams provide a stronger oily barrier, which means they both reduce water loss from the outer layer of the skin and provide hydration to the inner layer of the skin at the same time.
If you’re opting for oil, REJUVENIQE™ Oil Intensive is made of Abyssinian oil combined with a blend of 13 unique ingredients and designed to be used before moisturizing. The result? Instant hydration, protection, and improved texture and tone.

Protect Your Lips
Start moisturizing now to prevent dry, cracked lips, Dr. Ross advises. Gently exfoliate your lips and apply a moisturizing lip balm that’s petroleum free and contains sunscreen with an SPF 20 or more

Elbows-Hands-and-Feet

Don’t Forget Your Knees, Elbows, Hands, and Feet!
Your knees, elbows, hands, and feet always are in need of some TLC. Dr. Ross recommends gently exfoliating these areas with rich, creamy moisturizers. Adding a nightly cuticle cream can also help your hands get a jump on cooler weather!
Now you’re ready to face the fall with glowing your skin!
