Rayner Urdaneta

CEO & Co-Founder

A second-generation direct-sales entrepreneur, Rayner Urdaneta followed his parents’ example of combining strong family values with the fervent belief that anyone can achieve their dreams through hard work and determination.

And when asked if he could hold any job without money as an issue, Rayner answers without hesitation, “The one I do today.”

Fourteen years ago, Rayner co-founded L’EUDINE Global, a premium beauty and wellness direct-selling enterprise that evolved to become a multimillion-dollar, multinational industry leader.

In addition to his work with MONAT and L’EUDINE, Rayner serves as president of B&R Products Inc., the research, development and manufacturing arm of ALCORA Corp., Rayner holds a bachelor’s degree in International Business from Florida International University, where he was a Dean’s List scholar and graduated cum laude.

He, his wife and three children live in Miami.

Stephanie Randolph

Director of Marketing

Stephanie Randolph was the very first employee for MONAT Canada. She has been instrumental in the launch, and growth of the company.

After many years at PartyLite and Lia Sophia, Stephanie couldn’t resist the opportunity to join MONAT and oversee all marketing and communications initiatives for MONAT in Canada.

Stephanie developed and implemented successful cause-related marketing campaigns in former companies that saw increased charity engagement by the field and thus greater annual corporate giveback.

She’s excited to bring that level of engagement to MONAT, and says, “How can you lose when you have an amazing product, meaningful business purpose and dedicated people behind the scenes? MONAT is a family and I feel truly blessed to be a part of it every day.”

Libby Holroyd

Director, Operations & Administration

Libby Holroyd, who has spent 24 years in the direct selling industry, brings a solid “can do” attitude to MONAT. Libby is known for empowering her team and giving them autonomy while providing helpful feedback so they can do the best job possible.

“Keeping the end customer happy is what matters in the end.”

She keeps an open door policy and has amazing relationships with all her vendors. Libby believes in having some fun in the workplace while simultaneously getting the job done in an A+ fashion. She truly leads by example and walks the talk.

Prior to joining MONAT, Libby working as Operations Manager at Lia Sophia and Party Lite Gifts. She actually started her career at an X-ray clinic! Family is everything to Libby. She has been married 30 years and has three wonderful grown children.
