Rayner Urdaneta

A second-generation direct-sales entrepreneur, Rayner Urdaneta followed his parents’ example of combining strong family values with the fervent belief that anyone can achieve their dreams through hard work and determination.

And when asked if he could hold any job without money as an issue, Rayner answers without hesitation, “The one I do today.”

Fourteen years ago, Rayner co-founded L’EUDINE Global, a premium beauty and wellness direct-selling enterprise that evolved to become a multimillion-dollar, multinational industry leader.

In addition to his work with MONAT and L’EUDINE, Rayner serves as president of B&R Products Inc., the research, development and manufacturing arm of ALCORA Corp., Rayner holds a bachelor’s degree in International Business from Florida International University, where he was a Dean’s List scholar and graduated cum laude.

He, his wife and three children live in Miami.

Stuart A. MacMillan

President

A natural leader and motivator, Stuart A. MacMillan brings nearly 30 years of management experience to MONAT, with a heavy emphasis on direct selling.

His role at MONAT includes team building, strategic marketing and business development initiatives, all with the goal of enabling participants to be financially independent and debt-free.

His professional accomplishments include increasing one company’s revenues from $95 million to $250 million in just three years. Even so, he considers his greatest triumph “being a pretty cool dad.”

According to Stuart, “I truly believe that MONAT is the right company, surging in the right place, at the right time. We have a revolutionary product line with an extremely lucrative pay plan, with some of the most exceptional talent ever assembled.”

Jackie McClements

Vice President and General Manager

Jackie comes to MONAT with 17 years of experience in the network marketing industry with a focus in sales. The past ten years, Jackie played an integral role in the growth of a start-up and building it to be one of top network marketing companies in Canada.

Other areas of the business Jackie has direct impact on includes; customer service, events and recognition, field development, marketing and communications, PR, and social media. Jackie feels her biggest accomplishment however, was working at a very grass roots level building brand and opportunity awareness to expand business across Canada.

She attributes her success to working closely with the field, learning what works, what keeps them engaged, and what drives their success.

Jackie says that she is thrilled to join the MONAT family where she can leverage her past skills and experience, work closely with the incredible Home Office team and field, to continue to build the business to the heights she knows it will be.

Stephanie Randolph was the very first employee for MONAT Canada. She has been instrumental in the launch, and growth of the company.

After many years at PartyLite and Lia Sophia, Stephanie couldn’t resist the opportunity to join MONAT and oversee all marketing and communications initiatives for MONAT in Canada.

Stephanie developed and implemented successful cause-related marketing campaigns in former companies that saw increased charity engagement by the field and thus greater annual corporate giveback.

She’s excited to bring that level of engagement to MONAT, and says, “How can you lose when you have an amazing product, meaningful business purpose and dedicated people behind the scenes? MONAT is a family and I feel truly blessed to be a part of it every day.”

Libby Holroyd

Libby Holroyd, who has spent 24 years in the direct selling industry, brings a solid “can do” attitude to MONAT. Libby is known for empowering her team and giving them autonomy while providing helpful feedback so they can do the best job possible.

She keeps an open door policy and has amazing relationships with all her vendors. Libby believes in having some fun in the workplace while simultaneously getting the job done in an A+ fashion. She truly leads by example and walks the talk.

Prior to joining MONAT, Libby working as Operations Manager at Lia Sophia and Party Lite Gifts. She actually started her career at an X-ray clinic! Family is everything to Libby. She has been married 30 years and has three wonderful grown children.
