April brings to MONAT a love of social selling and the firm belief that if you have a dream, you can make it a reality. She launched her social selling career as a stylist at Stella & Dot.

Within six months she was recruited by Stella & Dot’s CEO to join the Field Development team at their home office, where she honed her training and coaching skills and progressively moved up to Director of Leadership Development.

April then joined TYRA Beauty’s Field Development Team as Director of Coaching to launch the brand by developing sales systems, including training, coaching and communications programs.

Her passion for coaching individuals to reach their potential is what motivates her every day. She resides in Phoenix, AZ, with her boyfriend, a cat and a French bulldog.

Karen Keeney

Karen fell in love with direct selling when her kids were little. She loved that she could have a home-based business, be there for the important things in her kids’ lives and make money too.

Karen and her team earned many top awards and incentive trips. Karen and her husband Doug traveled to Spain, France, Italy, Mexico, Cancun, and Hawaii over her career as an Independent representative and top leader in her company.

Karen has personally sponsored and trained many over her 25+ years in the industry. She has worked both in the field and at the corporate level for several companies. “I have seen companies thrive and I have seen companies not make it. I am so proud and honored to be part of MONAT, one of the top direct-selling companies in this growing industry. I know MONAT will continue to grow and thrive creating a solid future for many Market Partners and their families.”

Natalie Richardson

Natalie believes MONAT and direct selling have the power to change lives and empower people as they transition through life changes.

She found direct sales as a new mom looking for a discount, which turned into her discovery of the impact of direct selling on people’s lives. Natalie then moved into the corporate world in direct sales and supported field leaders. Here she developed her expertise in leadership development, teambuilding and strategy.

Coaching leaders became a passion that ultimately led her to pursue certification with the Direct Selling World Alliance as a coach. Previous to joining MONAT, Nathalie was a full-time coach specializing in supporting women to create the life they want. Natalie is also a CDC® Certified Divorce Coach.

After being a single mom for 10 years with two boys to support, Natalie knows well the challenges of “trying to juggle it all” and how direct selling can make “it all” work.

Natalie lives in Blacklick, Ohio, with her husband. Her two sons, stepdaughter and stepson are spread out across the west. The family also has two “spoiled” yellow labs.
