Market Partners who achieve AED rank by December 31, 2021

Qualification Criteria

Career-Rank Associate Executive Director as of September 1, 2021:

May earn qualification by being Paid-As Managing Market Mentor 3 out of 5 qualification months (September 2021–January 2022)

Rank up to AED in December 2021:

Maintain AED paid-as rank in January 2022

Career-Rank Executive Director and Senior Executive Director as of September 1, 2021:

Maintain AED paid-as rank 4 out of 5 qualification months (September 2021–January 2022)

Market Partners Who Rank Up to AED

Maintain AED paid-as rank 3 out of the 4 remaining qualification months (October 2021–January 2022)

Maintain AED paid-as rank 2 out of the 3 remaining qualification months (November 2021–January 2022)

Maintain AED paid-as rank 1 out of the 2 remaining qualification months (December 2021–January 2022)

Maintain AED paid-as rank in January 2022

Career-Rank Associate Executive Director, Executive Director, and Senior Executive Director as of September 1, 2021:

Personally promote an MP to Market Mentor or above for the first time in December 2021. The new MM+ and the sponsoring Director must maintain their December ranks or rank up in January 2022. Also, the sponsoring Director must be paid-as the same rank or higher than the promoted MP.

Obtain an additional “grace month” by accumulating 50,000 GV during the qualification period.

Qualification for New Managing Market Mentors:

Career-rank Market Mentors or below who...

Promote to MMM for the first time September–December 2021

Maintain MMM paid-as rank during their remaining qualification months

...will qualify!
