A second-generation direct-sales entrepreneur, Rayner Urdaneta followed his parents’ example of combining strong family values with the fervent belief that anyone can achieve their dreams through hard work and determination.

Fourteen years ago, Rayner co-founded L’EUDINE Global, a premium beauty and wellness direct-selling enterprise that evolved to become a multimillion-dollar, multinational industry leader.

In addition to his work with MONAT and L’EUDINE, Rayner serves as president of B&R Products Inc., the research, development and manufacturing arm of ALCORA Corp., Rayner holds a bachelor’s degree in International Business from Florida International University, where he was a Dean’s List scholar and graduated cum laude.

When Deb and her husband started a family, she launched her career in direct sales, so she could stay at home with her twin boys and earn an executive-level income.

Deb started out as a Mary Kay consultant, reaching the Director level within the first year and earning her car. Looking for more challenges, she enrolled as an independent distributor for Quorum International, where she built a worldwide sales organization and made it to the top of the company in 23 months.

That career in direct sales has continued from success to success over the past 26 years, and she's worked with the top companies in the industry as both a consultant and in executive management. She has served as General Manager for Senegence Canada; Vice President of Sales for PartyLite Canada; and, most recently, as Vice President of Sales for Tocara.

Debra is thrilled to join the MONAT family and is excited by the level of professionalism and dedication, both at head office and in the field. After many years at PartyLite and Lia Sophia, Stephanie couldn’t resist the opportunity to join MONAT and oversee all marketing and communications initiatives for MONAT in Canada.

Stephanie developed and implemented successful cause-related marketing campaigns in former companies that saw increased charity engagement by the field and thus greater annual corporate giveback.

After working as a Systems Analyst for Hewitt Associates in Orlando, Fla., Cheddi had his first experience with network marketing at Seriesse International, where he was the fourth employee.

Born in Venezuela, she started in marketing, communications and events for L’EUDINE Latin America. After moving to America, she shifted her strategic focus to helping start MONAT. With her strong creative skills, she participated in developing the brand concept, the products, compensation plan and the ultimate launch of the company.

Lu’s main focus with MONAT since launch has been to reinforce the company’s family-focused mission and develop an all-embracing organizational culture of love, care, unity and gratitude to serve as the foundation for all operations.

She has since served in a number of creative and meaningful roles for MONAT. Importantly, she developed MONAT’s widely known Gratitude Program, its Recognition Program and its MONAT Gear Store as well as providing support to events conceptualization. After serving with The Longaberger Company, Origami Owl, and Younique, Christine couldn’t resist joining MONAT.

As she oversees the Care Center and Compliance Department, her focus is on raising the standards, and establishing one-call resolution for whatever might arise.

Christine says, “I truly feel blessed to be part of MONAT, especially at this time. I love the fact that the direct sales model is not only embraced, but is part of the culture.” And with a passion for serving as a mentor to her team, helping them grow, she personifies what direct sales is all about.

Luisaylen Urdaneta (“Lu”) has spent her career immersed in various direct selling initiatives with L’EUDINE, always ensuring that gratitude and family were in the forefront of anything she brought to fruition.

Born in Venezuela, she started in marketing, communications and events for L’EUDINE Latin America. After moving to America, she shifted her strategic focus to helping start MONAT. With her strong creative skills, she participated in developing the brand concept, the products, compensation plan and the ultimate launch of the company.

Lu’s main focus with MONAT since launch has been to reinforce the company’s family-focused mission and develop an all-embracing organizational culture of love, care, unity and gratitude to serve as the foundation for all operations.

She has since served in a number of creative and meaningful roles for MONAT. Importantly, she developed MONAT’s widely known Gratitude Program, its Recognition Program and its MONAT Gear Store as well as providing support to events conceptualization. She is known for her strategic savvy, her efficient organizational skills and her 100% dedication to making everything she works on even better.

“I dream about making MONAT a movement based on gratitude, love, unity and a lot of fun,” Lu says. “I want it to remain a family organization with a legacy of continually creating new generations of direct sellers who always put the happiness and success of others first.”
