A first-generation direct-sales entrepreneur, Luis Urdaneta recognized the potential of social marketing when he was just 15 years old. That’s when he started his first direct-sales business, which would ultimately lead to MONAT.

Today, Luis is proud to watch his son Rayner lead MONAT and see the fruits of his years of frontline direct-sales experience. He’s passionate about educating and inspiring the new generation of entrepreneurs and visionaries, sharing his own rich experiences and passing down the wisdom that making life better for others is truly life’s best work.

Thanks to Luis, MONAT – like the Urdaneta family – is proof of the human spirit’s ability to rise to any occasion and overcome life’s challenges.

Rayner Urdaneta

A second-generation direct-sales entrepreneur, Rayner Urdaneta followed his parents’ example of combining strong family values with the fervent belief that anyone can achieve their dreams through hard work and determination.

And when asked if he could hold any job without money as an issue, Rayner answers without hesitation, “The one I do today.”

Fourteen years ago, Rayner co-founded L’EUDINE Global, a premium beauty and wellness direct-selling enterprise that evolved to become a multimillion-dollar, multinational industry leader.

In addition to his work with MONAT and L’EUDINE, Rayner serves as president of B&R Products Inc., the research, development and manufacturing arm of ALCORA Corp., Rayner holds a bachelor’s degree in International Business from Florida International University, where he was a Dean’s List scholar and graduated cum laude.

He, his wife and three children live in Miami.

Stuart A. MacMillan

President

A natural leader and motivator, Stuart A. MacMillan brings nearly 30 years of management experience to MONAT, with a heavy emphasis on direct selling.

His role at MONAT includes team building, strategic marketing and business development initiatives, all with the goal of enabling participants to be financially independent and debt-free.

His professional accomplishments include increasing one company’s revenues from $95 million to $250 million in just three years. Even so, he considers his greatest triumph “being a pretty cool dad.”

According to Stuart, “I truly believe that MONAT is the right company, surging in the right place, at the right time. We have a revolutionary product line with an extremely lucrative pay plan, with some of the most exceptional talent ever assembled.”

Debra has experience on both sides of the direct selling business, both as a corporate leader, as well as in the field leading a team and running a very successful business.

A direct selling team player known for her creative solutions, Linda Lucas Padilla brings more than 30 years’ of industry experience to MONAT. She has traveled the world wearing different global executive hats focusing on improving strategies to increase field success and company profitability.

Thomas J. Hoolihan

Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer

Thomas (“Tom”) J. Hoolihan brings to MONAT over 30 years of corporate legal experience and more than a decade of experience in the direct selling industry, with a creative problem-solving approach to business deals, corporate matters and complex commercial transactions.

He has served as General Counsel and held senior management positions at one public (NYSE) and four private companies in the direct selling, personal products and consumer goods, high tech, and biotech goods industries. Tom also served as Associate General Counsel of Unilever's multi-billion dollar U.S. operations.

Known as a “deal junkie,” Tom has led, negotiated and advised on over 100 M&A deals, complex commercial transactions and real estate deals in 12 countries on 3 continents. He has advised companies and boards of directors on starting operations, conducting business and completing transactions in a number of foreign countries in Europe, Asia and Australia.
“My goal is to help provide MONAT with practical solutions to legal, business and ethical issues and transactions,” Tom says. “I’m here to help this revolutionary company most effectively leverage and maximize its assets.” Tom’s wife, Emma, is also a lawyer and a graduate of Northwestern University Law School. Tom and Emma have three children, Thomas, Joseph and Erin.
